Texas.

Oh my. what to say...
This Texas property is quite big, bigger than I thought it was. Lots of acres, which means lots of wildlife everywhere. Within the first couple hours here, I had already seen close to 10 deer, an armadillo, and some jackalope-looking rabbit, and not to mention the 4 horses, and 4 barn cats, and the rat-eating-snake in the old well. And just tonite, a group of coyotes attempted to tear Rocko to shreads... its a different type of dangerous world out here.
The house is quite huge also.. wood floors, wood walls, and wooden ceilings; which means if you lit a match, it would go up in a blaze VERY quickly. A lot of work needs to be done outside, including getting rid of all the previous owners crap, re-doing their attempt to make the house "look good", and just cleaning up all around the property. Ugh. So much to do, and it all starts tomorrow.
The town is tiny, dry town. The main street consists of an Old Timers Breakfast place, A Taco Stand, a post office, gas station, a couple more restaurants, and a furniture store. It's a hoppin place at night, let me tell you. Bandera is a little different, more touristy, lots of bars, dance halls, more young if you will. Should be a good time on the weekends if you're 21... or perhaps even if you're not?? Not sure, havent tried going to a bar yet. Lets just say, this town makes Troy look like a paradise. So all you bitches up there, when you tell me you are bored, you havent even SEEN bored yet.
Anyhoot. It's quite late. I'm off to bed.
